Job Description/Responsibilities
A leading multi-national company responsible for the distribution and sale of OTC consumer products requires a Sell Out Executive. The ideal candidate will implement and execute Sell Out plans in collaboration with distributors to meet brand targets and monitor channel performance. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the distributor's sales team to achieve Sell Out targets. Track and report on Sell Out performance against monthly goals. Ensure appropriate pricing strategies across channels and manage price escalations. Lead monthly and quarterly meetings with key retailers to evaluate and plan investment activities. Identify promotional and trade marketing opportunities at points of sale. Monitor trade investment execution and communicate results. Address out-of-stock situations and optimize distribution opportunities. Provide portfolio training and support for the distributor’s sales force. Manage trade activity documents and track against plans. Generate reports and collaborate on corrective action plans for deviations.
Job Requirements
A degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in sales within a multinational company, with expertise in Sell Out generation. Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and teamwork abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English.
