A meat and grocery wholesale store in Kingston Jamaica is seeking a Meat Room Supervisor Responsibilities Lead the meat room team to ensure the efficient processing of orders, the adequate supply of goods and minimal wastage and spoilage of products Ensure all equipment used are well maintained and in good working order Ensure the cold room and other working areas are cleaned and maintained as per regulations

Job Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity High School Graduate - Must be able to read and write Certification in the handling, storage and preparation of meat for resale Knowledge of weights and measures and how to accurately read a scale Certified butcher is an asset Strong team player The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and correctly
