Primary Responsibilities As CEO, you will: • Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, focusing on strategy, growth, and long-term profitability. • Collaborate with the Board and executives to establish and develop strategic goals, objectives, and policies that drive shareholder value. • Represent G.A. Roe & Sons Ltd. at Board meetings with autonomous subsidiary companies, providing strategic guidance. • Maintain strong relationships with partners, shareholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations. • Oversee financial performance, investments, and potential business ventures, including mergers and acquisitions. • Promote unity across departments and subsidiaries to foster a collaborative company culture.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant industry specialty preferred. • Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role, with proven leadership in strategic and operational capacities. Experience with family-run businesses is an asset. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an analytical and strategic approach to business challenges. • Comprehensive knowledge of management and financial practices across business operations. • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and business development.
