Intcomex Jamaica Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager - Marketing to lead the strategic development of their marketing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the marketing portfolio, driving sales growth, and building strong brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute tactical marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and increase sales. Research industry trends and product landscapes to stay ahead of market shifts. Develop and present strategic business plans for both short- and long-term growth. Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify new business opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop external buyers and internal sales representatives. Improve sales performance, gross margins, and return on investment. Collaborate with the Product & Marketing Manager to create product promotions and pricing strategies. Oversee inventory management and distribution channels. Manage vendor-driven initiatives and ensure timely accounts receivable clearance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Proven track record of success in marketing and business development. Knowledge of the IT industry is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
